Major Distraction

Getting distracted can be quite annoying. That's why nobody should ever distract you from reading the Rudy Report. However, distracting someone else can be fun. Especially when you distract the French... with pictures of an ex-wife....

It looks like the NFL Pro Bowl will be held in New Orleans next year. Meanwhile, the New York Giants are still the Super Bowl champions. The team will get a ticker tape parade in Downtown today. By the way, here's a Super Bowl Fun Fact: No team that was trailing after the fourth quarter has ever won the Super Bowl. And, in the NBA, the Knicks beat Utah.

We live in a dangerous world. Costs of keeping yourself safe have gone through the roof. Some businesses cannot fund the costs themselves anymore and get creative...

The bad news is that the Rudy Report's 31-17 prediction for the Super Bowl was off by 10 points. The good news is that the New York Giants still defeated the other team that will forever be known as "the other team" 21-17! Now it's time to celebrate in New York and time to grieve in the other city. Eli Manning proved to be the gigantic Giant once again. Congratulations, Big Blue! Competitive eating legend Takeru Kobayashi won the Wing Bowl in Philadelphia, eating 337 chicken wings and saying that he could have easily eaten 100 more. He beat tough competitors, such as Jonathan "Super" Squibb and Bill "El Wingador" Simmons. In the NHL, the Rangers beat Philadelphia 5-2. In the NBA, the Knicks beat New Jersey on Saturday. And, in the Premier League, Chelsea took a 3-0 lead in the top game against Manchester United, only to finish with a 3-3 draw. Arsenal and ManCity won their respective games. Liverpool will face Tottenham tonight.

This is the last Rudy Report before the Giants beat the New England Patriots at the Super Bowl. Go Giants! (Note: The Rudy Report is an unbiased publication that simply knows which team is better.) Dirk Nowitzki has announced that he may retire from basketball in two years. LeBron James is considering participating in the All-Star Slam Dunk Contest. Meanwhile, the Knicks lost a close game against Chicago.
The Rudy Report says Happy Birthday to Retief Goosen, Vlade Divac, Marty Jannetty, and German national team coach Joachim "Jogi" Loew. The Super Bowl is coming up and Rudy is sure that you're also getting excited about the imminent victory of the New York Giants over the New England Patriots. If you don't have any tickets, you may be able to sneak past security and go unnoticed as long as you're prepared...

Several insiders suggest that Peyton Manning is close to announcing the end of his career. Let's hope he won't pull a Brett Favre. Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho is rumored to be looking at job offers in England. In the NBA, the Knicks beat Detroit. And, in the NHL, the New York Islanders beat Carolina, while the Rangers lost against New Jersey in a shoot-out.
